Lindi Reynolds & Co. is hiring an architectural interior design marketing and special projects lead to join its team in Surrey, UK.

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, interiors industry-hungry individual to join the Lindi Reynolds & Co. team as our marketing and special projects lead. Working hand-in-hand with our founding creative director, you’ll be responsible for executing the brand communications strategy across all touch points – growing our brand’s reach in tune with the industry’s calendar of events and strategy for the company.

What you’ll do:

• develop and execute content across all social media platforms
• own and drive social media growth, tracking performance, spotting opportunities, and turning insights into action
• maximise the performance of our established platforms while keeping a keen eye on emerging channels and scouting out new opportunities
• build and nurture meaningful industry relationships representing the brand with confidence at every touchpoint
• increase the reach and relevance of the Lindi Reynolds & Co. brand, identifying new audiences, partnerships and platforms
• lead and contribute to special projects that push the brand forward creatively and commercially

What you’ll bring:

• with at least three years of expertise, you will have a proven track record of growing social media audiences
• natural networking ability – you know how to walk into a room and leave with a meaningful connection
• strong written and verbal communication skills – adept at crafting an elegant written response, to picking up the phone to engage
• genuine passion for growing a progressive architectural interior design company
• the ability to work collaboratively, whilst also being self-directed and proactive day-to-day
• a clean driving licence and the ability to commute to our East Molesey studio.

The role is three days per week, primarily studio based, with scope to grow.

Location: East Molesey, Surrey — candidates within reasonable driving distance welcome (clean driving licence required)
