Frantz Slater Design Collective (FSDC) is seeking to expand our studio of talented landscape architects to include BIM-focused landscape architects to join our studio in Madrid, Spain.

FSDC is an award-wining boutique landscape architecture studio based in Madrid, Spain, collaborating on thoughtful, forward-thinking and globally significant landscape architecture and place-making projects. the studio is in a position to expand, and we are seeking like-minded landscape architects to contribute to our growing portfolio of projects.

BIM landscape architect

Madrid, Spain. Project-based with long-term opportunity.

As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced BIM landscape architect (or architect with strong landscape project experience) to join our team remotely.

Working closely with our Madrid studio, you will help develop complex BIM models, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and produce high-quality technical documentation for large-scale public realm, urban and landscape projects around the world.

Your role and responsibilities:

• develop and manage BIM models throughout all project stages, from concept design to IFC documentation
• produce high-quality models, drawing packages and coordinated technical documentation
• perform clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination using Navisworks
• maintain BIM standards, document control and model organization
• collaborate closely with our design team to translate complex landscape and urban design into robust digital deliverables

Required documentation:

• candidates must have the legal right to work within the European Union
• applicants must be eligible to work in the EU without employer sponsorship

Essential skills:

• professional experience in architecture or landscape architecture
• strong BIM experience on large-scale urban or landscape projects
• excellent spoken and written English

Advanced knowledge of:

• Autodesk Revit
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• Rhino 3D
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Civil 3D
• Grasshopper or Dynamo
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Autodesk AEC Collection and Forma Collaboration Pro licenses
