HTA Design is looking for a marketing assistant to join its team in London.

HTA Design LLP is an award winning multi-disciplinary design partnership of specialist teams working collaboratively in architecture, landscape architecture, communications, sustainability and planning.

It’s an exciting time to join HTA. Our London studio is moving to a new home in Hackney Wick and to coincide with this the marketing and communications design teams are launching a refreshed corporate brand. It’s an extremely busy period and we are looking for an enthusiastic, talented marketing assistant to work alongside HTA’s senior associate for marketing, marketing manager and marketing coordinator for a minimum period of six months.

The marketing assistant will help the team to deliver its dynamic and creative programme of events and activities which spans marketing, PR and sales. In addition, they will provide administrative support to HTA’s partner team, including our high profile chairman.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:

  • undergraduate degree in marketing, or a related business field/equivalent level professional (CIM) level 3 qualification, or other significant relevant professional experience
  • some experience working in a similar marketing assistant role is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applications from new graduates
  • strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate confidently by telephone. email, and in person with a wide range of people at all levels of the business
  • a good standard of education. including an excellent grasp of the English language, both written and spoken
  • exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships
  • excellent attention to detail. including strong proof-reading skills, grammar and spelling
  • strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure
  • good awareness of design trends and creative thinking, as well as a flair for writing and editing content to a high standard
  • a team player with a can-do attitude, with a high degree of flexibility and the ability to respond proactively
  • strong IT skills, with a good grasp of Microsoft Office software and some Adobe Suite (e.g. lnDesign, Photoshop) is desirable. Training on Adobe Suite can be given to the successful candidate
