Green Tea Architects is hiring a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.

We offer a full range of architectural services from design to completion structured as individual stages to suit our client’s requirements. We are also fortunate to work on a range of sectors, from private residential projects, to educational, commercial, multi-storey housing projects and religious buildings.
The role and requirements
We are looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join our team to help the practice grow and build on what we have achieved over the last 14 years.
We have a welcoming, creative, nurturing environment and are looking for an architectural assistant that will fit within our team and will also treat our clients and other working professionals with the same respect and inclusion.
The assistant will be based in our office in Brockley with the option if and when required to work remotely.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- experience in a design-led practice
- an understating of UK Planning and Building Regulations
- good attention to detail and technical knowledge
- confidence to be client facing
- the candidates will be working on projects from RIBA Work stages 0-7
- the candidates will have ownership of their projects with the support of senior staff
- present schemes at design team meetings
- experience with AutoCAD and Revit at a minimum
- fluent in written and spoken English
