Amid new client wins and an expanding team, we have an exciting new opening for an in-house account manager.
About you:
- skilful account manager
- previous experience of working on large scale hotel projects within a creative interior design studio is essential
- enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- client facing experience from board level to site team
- effective organisation skills
- ability to multi-task
- ability to meet tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
- strong presentation skills
Your role
Client relationship:
- the main touchpoint between DesignLSM and clients
- build strong, positive, and professional relationships with clients through regular contact and meetings
- identify, define, and communicate to the internal team the clients’ requirements
- establish KPI’s against client’s objectives/requirements and monitor and measure these throughout duration of programme
- become aware of and resolve client issues
- travel to client meetings
- support the project alongside creative lead
Creative team:
- work closely with the creative team to manage workflow
- communicate effectively with the team to ensure that the client’s needs and identified KPI’S are understood and meet
- clearly present the scope of the project to the team
- keep up to date with the full creative process
- manage administration of project
Admin:
- budget management
- client and co-consultant co-ordination and communication
- establish, monitor and report against project programme
