Who are we?
We are a small, young, award winning practice. Our work primarily involves working with public sector bodies to develop affordable, low and zero carbon homes for communities experiencing affordable housing shortages. Thanks to a flurry of commissions we’re looking to expand our small team.
What are we working on?
We’re certified passive house designers and have a number of passive house projects in development. We’re also developing a number of modular housing schemes using cutting edge MMC. We recently won the Architects Journal Retrofit Award for Housing at our scheme for homeless families in Ealing.
What can we offer?
The role is based in our studio in Rickmansworth, just outside London. We can offer flexible working arrangements with some home working by individual agreement. We like to encourage a healthy work life balance. Overtime is not encouraged. If overtime is required, it will compensated.
The practice has taken ‘Harry’s Pledge’ a commitment to be flexible employers allowing staff with carer and parental responsibilities to fit their work around carer commitments.
We offer a supportive and mentoring environment. The range of projects opportunities we have will provide a sound basis for those looking to develop new skill sets or if you are a graduate, work towards your Part 3 qualification.
We are committed to equal and equitable opportunities, we welcome and encourage applications from candidates from groups under represented in the construction and architecture industry. We believe our staff mix should reflect the communities that we work in.
