Tonkin Liu is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
Tonkin Liu is looking for a practical and poetic Part 3 candidate for our growing team. We would like the candidate to have a passion for architecture, art and nature.
We are proud to have won a number of design competitions including Grosvenor Square Gardens which has recently received planning approval and York Minster Masons’ Quad and Tech Hub. Other projects underway include a multiple-unit mixed-use development in Hackney, a riverfront regeneration project in Grays consisting of buildings and ecology, a development framework project for Walthamstow Town Centre and a new project in Brent Cross Town.
We are an innovative London-based architecture studio with a highly acclaimed portfolio of finely crafted buildings, landmark public sculptures and regenerative urban landscapes. Each project is a holistic, integrated, architectural entity integrating architecture .We are the recipient of 21 RIBA Awards, the 2018 and 2021 Stephen Lawrence Prize and are a selected RIBA Role Model practice.
Required skills:
- superb organisational skills
- construction detailing experience
- advanced 2D and 3D draughtsmanship – Vectorworks and Rhino required
- high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- ability to work imaginatively and rigorously, both independently and in a team
- fluency in written and verbal English
