Kartell is looking for a flagship showroom manager to join its London team. 

Kartell is a leading brand of contemporary furniture, lighting and design for home and office with 70 years of global design business.

We are currently looking for an active, ambitious and dynamic Showroom Manager to join our excellent team in our London flagship store located in Knightsbridge.

The ideal candidate will have relevant retail management experience with a strong sales background. This coupled with a strong commercial mind, good communication skills and strong leadership skills, the showroom manager will drive sales and lead the team to give the best customer service.

Requirements:

• proven experience as a store or showroom manager in a premium brand environment
• responsible for the showroom experience by ensuring exceptional levels of customer service, visual merchandising and housekeeping are consistently delivered
• KPI awareness
• management of the showroom staff and the schedule
• the ability to meet sales targets
• good maths/analytical skills with the ability to create and analyse reports, spreadsheets, sales figures and statistics
• excellent communication and people skills
• works well under pressure and professionally handles challenging situations
• decision making ability and sense of responsibility
• problem-solving attitude
• assisting with event organising and showroom display
• a knowledge of the furniture and design industry
