Role description

If you aspire to design and deliver stunning projects, then this role is for you. We are seeking job-running designers with a proven track record in project delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and the design team to develop innovative and impactful designs that align with each project’s requirements and vision. The ideal candidate would have excellent design and communication skills, a strong creative flair and a conceptual design approach. They should also be client-focused, engage clients in the design process, possess a proactive attitude that drives projects forward, manage multiple workflows effectively and produce construction details and tender packs with meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential.
Qualifications/key criteria:
- candidates should have a minimum of three years’ full-time experience in a design-led practice
- experience in hospitality design is preferred
- proficiency in 2D Vectorworks is essential, along with 3D modeling ability using SketchUp and preferred rendering skills using V-Ray
- site experience and a strong track record of delivering coordinated tender and construction drawing packages are also required
- excellent organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure, are essential
