Part-I architectural assistant

Oliver Leech Architects is currently looking for a Part-I architectural assistant to join its growing team.
The successful candidate must be personable, self-reliant and have the ability to multi-task under pressure. Good communication and written-English skills are vital. Domestic project and planning submission experience would be preferable, but not essential.
The successful applicant will be involved in the design, planning and construction information for exciting residential projects in London.
Requirements:
- talented and confident designer
- excellent Sketch-up ability (preferably V-Ray too)
- competent Vectorworks skills
- strong communication and project management skills with excellent standard of written-English
- experience of working on residential projects preferable
- confident liaising with contractors, consultants and other members of the team
- self-motivated with a collaborative team player approach, willing to assist others and share advice when required
- some previous UK architectural experience
