Product manager
We are looking for a product manager to handle our entire product portfolio. The product manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from the initial idea to marketing and sales.
About the position
You will be the spider in the middle of the web. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative setting you will make sure, when launching a new product or line extension, that all deadlines are met, and the right marketing material is created. You are an expert in stakeholder management, and you have a desire to work for a design company where creativity and storytelling is as important as honest communication and teamwork.
You will:
- be responsible for identifying and analysing market developments, ensuring that existing products are kept up to date and market relevant as well as collecting input for new products and line extensions
- help manage a strong product roadmap and ensure end to end deliverables in the lifecycle of new product development and line extensions
- ensure alignment between departments to deliver high quality products and efficient commercial execution of product launches
- prepare annual plan for new launches and setting deadlines for all commercial material (including price lists, catalogues, photos, etc.)
- collect product information on new launches including:
- product specifications and price information
- input to product fact sheet
- collect and communicate product USP’s
- general documentation including test and certifications
- responsible for PIM (product information management)
- monitor and analyse product performance across markets
- manage master data and general data structure
- be responsible for securing and anchoring internal product knowledge throughout the organization
- plan and execute internal product training to ensure internal understating of our products and designs
Qualifications:
- you are a solid product manager with international mindset and three to five years of work experience, preferably from similar industry
- you are fluent in English, both written and spoken

You thrive driving your own projects and follow through on the possibilities to execute new value creating initiatives. In your daily work you like to be challenged and have a good ability to multitask and work under pressure. Passion for design and a motivation and interest in developing a career in the industry are a must.
