Architectural technologist

UPP Architects + Town Planners is seeking an architectural technologist to join its team in London.
UPP is a multidisciplinary practice with expertise in both architecture and town planning and with offices in both the UK and Spain. The practice works on a broad range of exciting schemes including new-build residential and commercial developments, refurbishments and conversions, community and education schemes as well as extensions to existing commercial and residential properties.
We are looking for an ambitious candidate that has a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience that can assist across all RIBA stages.
What we are looking for:
- highly proficient in Revit/BIM protocols
- excellent technical knowledge including a clear understanding of UK building regulations, LABC, NHBC and associated construction guidance and third-party warranty requirements
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- onsite management experience
- ability to assist with tender processes including producing and issuing necessary drawings and documentation
- issuing instructions and dealing with requests for information
- ability to prepare detailed and fully coordinated working drawing packages
- ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- must be eligible to work in the UK and have a good standard of written and spoken English
