Senior hotel/hospitality architect

PDP London is looking for an experienced hotel architect to join its team in London.
We are looking for a talented architect with strong hotel experience to work on a variety of hotel and hospitality schemes from tender through to construction phases. In particular we are looking for someone who has strong technical design experience.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have:
- experience of successfully running complex hotel and hospitality projects on site
- ability to develop design solutions through all stages up to construction
- expertise in construction drawings and construction details
- strong knowledge of codes, practice standards, and industry expectations
- a particular interest in hotels and hospitality
- good communication and teamwork skills
- the ability to communicate successfully with all stakeholders in the project – client, project manager, contractors, external consultants, and colleagues
You will also have:
- experience using Revit
- strong computer skills
- a proactive and enthusiastic personality
Salary – dependent on experience.
