Fameed Khalique is seeking an office manager/PA to join its studio in London.
An ambitious and highly organised personal assistant/office manager is needed to join Fameed Khalique, a global provider of luxury materials. Working from a beautiful showroom on the King’s Road, expect to become the backbone of the business supporting the MD, within a fun and fast moving work environment.
Sourcing and providing some of the world’s most exquisite materials to architects and designers, we are an award-winning company with a celebrated collection of innovative materials that continually wow clients on luxury commercial, residential, hospitality and marine projects. We are now seeking a proactive PA/office manager to ensure the success of the MD’s activities, projects and clients.
This is an exciting and fast paced role where you will act as the lynchpin within the business, providing a high level of care and support. You will build a great understanding of the MD’s roles and responsibilities, learning to anticipate and foresee his way of working. On a day-to-day basis expect to build fantastic rapport with the MD, follow his clients and projects (you will constantly communicate his upcoming workload), prepare and manage documents, reports and presentations, liaise with external PR teams, manage his diary and emails, be the first point of contact for all correspondence for the MD, manage HR activities, welcome visitors and clients, manage finances (providing info to the accountant); oversee office facilities and anything else necessary to ensure the smooth running of the business.
To qualify you should be an office manager/PA/EA/personal assistant/executive assistant or similar with a CV that shows:
- experience in a similar office manager/PA role, gained within an architectural design/interior design/creative agency
- a bright and engaging personality with a proactive and flexible attitude
- experience in managing multiple diaries, engagements and commitments
- exceptional project management, time management, organisation and communication skills (the ability to speak Italian would be a bonus)
- strong attention to detail with the ability to go above and beyond to get things done
- experience of facilitating meetings and providing concise and accurate agendas and minutes
- excellent and quick problem solving skills
- a strong work ethic – self-motivation with the ability to take the initiative
