Nokken is hiring a project manager to join its team in Europe remotely.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced project manager to join our team and lead the execution of our exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, engineers and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery from conception to completion
- develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budgets and resource requirements
- oversee the coordination of design and construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations
- manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle
- proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, solving problems and making critical decisions to keep projects on track
- communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns and managing expectations
- foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among project team members
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, design, project management or related field
- proven experience as a project manager in the field of modular design or construction
- strong understanding of contemporary design principles and sustainable construction practices
- excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
- proficient in project management software and tools
