Liddicoat & Goldhill is looking for a Part-I architectural assistant to join its team in Margate, UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-I architectural assistant to join our award-winning studio in Margate. We are located in the Printworks, our own self initiated mixed-use warehouse in the heart of Margate (near the old town, beach and station) with on-site cafe, yoga studio and own project space.
At present we are working on several large private new-build houses, a private art gallery, a bespoke boutique hotel and a pop-up new build art gallery in London.
We are seeking candidates with excellent design skills who are proficient in Vectorworks and Rhino, with good physical model making abilities who are engaged confidently with the process of making and construction. The role is suited to those interested in delivering beautifully detailed buildings on site, preferably with previous private residential and art/cultural experience. A hands-on attitude is essential as we physically build some of our projects ourselves.
Salary negotiable on experience.
Start date flexible.
