Nissen Richards Studio is hiring a finance and business manager to join its team in London.
We are a London-based design studio that evolved from a collaboration between architecture and theatre design. Today, we are a multidisciplinary practice that works across architecture, exhibitions, graphic design, theatre, story-telling, film and animation. At its core, our work is about creating spaces that stimulate experiences.
We are looking for a finance and business manager to join our busy architectural and design practice. We are creating a new role within our company to cover some of the following, and possibly other roles: financial forecasting (including implementing and overseeing new project management and resourcing software), subcontractor contracts, appointment contracts, resource planning, project management, strategic planning and budgeting, revising policies, creating fee schedules and liaising with our accountants.
This role is for a part-time position which could be short days or some days a week, but based within the studio in Hoxton, London.
We would be open to considering different levels and skill sets of applicants, including architects who may want a change in direction, or someone from a more financial background. This is envisaged as a permanent role within the company, but we are also open to a freelance consultant.
