DTSalazar is looking for an owner’s representative/associate project manager to join its team in Austin, USA.
We are hiring an Austin-based owner’s representative with six-plus years of experience in the fields of project management, construction management and/or ultra-high-end residential architecture/real estate development.
As owner’s reps, our paramount responsibility is to ensure the success of our client’s vision. The team will look to you for leadership concerning design, scope definition, cost management, general contractor and subcontractor prequalification, schedules and construction.
You will serve as a liaison between the principal of our firm and the rest of the project team – architecture, design, construction, estate management and other functions within our clients’ family offices.
The right candidate will be extremely discreet and enjoy both the fast-paced environment in the field, as well as the tactical and strategic planning time that is required to perform the role successfully.
