Foreprojects is recruiting a short-term lettings managers to join its team in London.

All members of the team need to pitch in to support each other at different times, but your role will primarily be:

• oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
• manage a portfolio of rental properties and ensure they are properly maintained
• handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
• stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and regulations
• source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
• design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
• collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analysing variances, data and trends
• oversee properties’ personnel and assess their performance
• update job and market knowledge
