Sales support and administration manager

NINE has a vacancy for a sales support and administration manager to join its team in London.
We are seeking a full-time colleague to manage sales support and administration for the new brand from its London office and to assist its management with various administrative tasks in the day-to-day running of the new business.
The role includes a strong customer service-related aspect. We wish to offer our wholesale and contract dealer partners an excellent service experience, which this role will be integral to providing. Working closely with our international sales team and colleagues in purchasing and logistics, you will be responsible for the handling of customer orders from receipt of PO to delivery and after-sales, thereby building close relationships with our customers through daily phone and email correspondence.
Being a small newly incorporated business and brand, there will be a variety of tasks related to commercial departments, including organising and sharing digital sales materials and lead time information, answering general enquiries, and project management related to international launches and events.
You will be working closely with the director of NINE as well its brand and design team which will add a variety of administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling meetings and working on presentations, which offer insight into various aspects of the formation and growth of the new brand.
You must be extremely service-minded, organised and meticulous, enjoy working with people and be comfortable being part of a small team with a creative and ambitious mindset.

Responsibilities:
- processing sales orders for wholesale and contract clients internationally
- offering excellent customer service and after-sales support to our clients
- close cooperation with colleagues in sales, purchasing and logistics to ensure smooth order flow and communication
- handling general enquiries
- maintenance and communication of sales materials including price lists, excel product data, brand and product presentations
- scheduling and correspondence
- assisting marketing planning
- project management for launches and events
- studio and office organisation
Skills and experience:
- minimum of three years’ relevant experience
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- motivated to be part of a creative and ambitious team
- meticulous attention to detail
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- ability to create, maintain and update spreadsheets
- good command of both spoken and written English; second language is an advantage
