Senior Part 3 architect

McLaren Excell is seeking a senior Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
McLaren Excell is an award-winning practice based in West London. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven experienced senior Part 3 to design and lead projects.
Requirements:
- a minimum of five years’ working in private practice within the UK
- experience managing projects through all RIBA work stages
- high level of experience in construction technical detailing and documentation and specification writing
- experience with planning in central London
- advanced understanding of building regulations
- ability to demonstrate an understanding of on-site construction, a knowledge of procurement routes and the ability to direct and work within a larger team
- experience with interior joinery packages and bespoke items detailing
- confident construction drawing package experience and technical knowledge of building components
- ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- an eye for detail
- able to collaborate with the rest of the team, give feedback and
- good client-fronting skills
- manage the internal programme and deadlines for deliverables
- excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise

- good spoken and written English
