Maison Arabella is seeking a production manager to join its team in London.

Responsibilities:

  • overseeing and monitoring specifications and quotations on EstiPC software from design team documentation and scheduling to meet project requirements
  • working closely with our procurement manager and finance manager to ensure timely payments and support project management deliverables
  • ensuring company procurement processes are being upheld with respect to ordering, trade pricing, delivery, installation and payment terms
  • managing procurement strategy for each project and supplier selection process to reduce risks and match budget needs
  • fostering relationships with suppliers and makers
  • project managing the sampling and drawing stage of each piece to ensure timeframes are met with the design team
  • frequent factory quality control visits and sign-off prior to delivery of pieces on projects, in line with drawings, control samples and client expectations
  • managing all project installations with the procurement manager, overseas or locally to ensure a smooth execution in line with turn key philosophy and white glove delivery
  • coordinating all snags related to the project scope of work along with the design team
  • reporting to operations manager and directors by ensuring project trackers/ project management documents are accurate and up to date at all times
  • managing client expectations on quality, snags and logistics
  • creation of maintenance manual for clients, if applicable

Required skills and experience:

  • proficient in MS Excel, EstiPC, Autocad, Adobe Suite (InDesign)
  • project management qualification or extensive experience in how production and manufacturing process work
  • Industry-relevant qualifications and experience
  • minimum of 10 to 12 years’ experience in the industry
  • ability and willingness to travel internationally
  • additional European languages is a bonus but not exclusive to the role
