Bid coordinator

WilkinsonEyre is seeking a bid coordinator to join its team in London.
You will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the bid process, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of quality proposals for new projects.
This is a collaborative role, working closely with the head of bid management.
Key responsibilities:
- bid management: ability to lead the bid process from start to finish, including planning, coordination and submission of high-quality proposals
- document preparation: compile, format, and proofread bid documents; proficiency in InDesign is essential for this role
- collaboration: work closely with architects, designers and other team members to gather necessary information and insights for bid proposals
- tracking and reporting: maintain a bid tracker to monitor the status of ongoing bids, deadlines and outcomes and use a CRM system to organise contacts and content; provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- client interaction: liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of project needs
- bid library: maintain a library of content, including CVs, project sheets, images and specific bid information
- research: conduct regular research on potential opportunities, as well as clients, projects and market trends to support bid strategy and content development
- admin: ad hoc administration tasks
