Indigo Design Associated is currently seeking a Part 2/3 architectural assistant to join its London office.
We are a highly regarded architectural and interior design practice involved in a range of residential projects across the UK.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio and solid construction knowledge We are looking for someone who is independent while working as part of a team or with the project lead.
Responsibilities:
- develop drawings for planning applications and produce detailed tender packages for various projects
- collaborate with external consultants, such as structural and mechanical engineers
- possess a solid understanding of UK building regulations
Qualifications:
- Part 2 or Part 3 architectural degree or equivalent qualification (essential)
- ability to produce architectural tender packages and interest in interior architecture and joinery detailing
- proficient in AutoCAD
