Alloy Development has an opportunity for a project architect to join its practice in New York, USA.
Alloy Development is currently seeking a project architect with five+ years of experience in project management, production, and visualization skills for a large scale mixed-use project in Brooklyn. Applicants must demonstrate refined sophisticated design skills along with an ability to execute. The applicant must be task/goal oriented and capable of operating within a larger team to achieve time sensitive tasks. This employee will participate with the principals of the company on a daily basis.
Skill and experience:
- applicant must have strong proficiency in Revit 2015+ and possess ability to organize model for large scale project
- applicant must demonstrate previous experience with medium to large scale projects
- five+ years’ professional experience
- applicant must also be proficient in AutoCAD 2008+, Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino
