DTSalazar is hiring an owners representative/special projects manager to join its team in San Francisco, USA.
After the GCs have packed up, the FF&E installed and the move-in complete, what happens then?

Responsibilities include
Working with our existing clients, you will be responsible for managing multiple, simultaneous, ongoing service and warranty work and small projects. As the primary liaison you understand the project, its design intent and are able to interpret and expeditiously resolve issues in the field that happen once the client has taken up residency. Small projects, post completion close-out, warranty period management and property service, maintenance and care program, etc.
For identified work streams responsibilities range from scoping, reviewing options, assessing data from proposals, budget evaluations and the overall project management thereof. This will include working directly with clients, trade professionals, service reps and other vendors. You will manage the project from end-to-end, from coordinating all pre-construction activities to hiring contractors/artisans/sub-contractors (and even permitting as necessary), and managing all financial aspects of the projects (create budgets/estimates, monitor job costs, change-orders and profitability).
Perform onsite supervision and document results for any services needed. Maintain property documentation and communications archive. This position is dynamic, creative and at times will be site-based to ensure the projects are meticulously planned and executed at the highest level of quality. Clear communications are key and you will provide prompt and timely reporting, budgeting, scheduling and other implications for the principal and the client to review.

Experience:
- architectural or residential construction experience preferred
- ability to collaborate and support decision making in a timely and inclusive manner
- high degree of discretion and deep project management skills
- clear communication skills and obsessive attention to detail
Software includes:
- Google Suite
- web based project management programs such as ProCore, Click Up, etc.
- presentation software such as Pitch.com
- AutoCad, ProCore and other construction/rendering/architecture software is a plus
Education:
- bachelor’s degree in real estate development, architecture or associated fields – masters degree preferred
Candidates must be located in SF/Bay Area and must be authorised to work in the US.
