Part 2 architectural assistants/Part 3 architects

Goldstein Heather Architecture is looking for Part 2 architectural assistants and recently qualified Part 3 architects to join its studio in London.
We work on a variety of stimulating projects including new-build, retrofit, extensions and additions to buildings in sensitive or heritage contexts, from domestic to large-scale residential and mixed-use work. As a design-led studio, we are committed to your development and increasing confidence as a designer, encouraging your participation in our design reviews and wider conversations about architecture.
Our candidate should have:
- minimum one years’ experience post RIBA Part 2 or 3 working in a small to medium, design-led studio
- an exceptionally clear and well-presented portfolio
- strong interest in sustainable design, both theoretical and technical
- presentational clarity and rigour in graphic and written work
- excellent command of 2D CAD software; the use of MicroStation is not essential, but a willingness to learn quickly is
- proficiency in SketchUp and V-ray
- excellent post-production editing skills to produce beautiful visuals and illustrations
- ability to work within a team, while having a degree of autonomy and excellent time management
- good working knowledge of the UK planning system and building regulations
- project experience between RIBA Stages 0-2+ essential, RIBA Stages 0-4 preferable
- a love of design as well as a committed attitude to work and an eagerness to flourish and progress
