Part 2 architectural assistant

Guttfield Architecture is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in Berkshire, UK.
We are working on a variety of one-off houses in the Thames Valley (and beyond) and are looking for a talented and motivated colleague who wants to work in a small practice and has experience of delivering high-quality, low-energy residential projects.
Our ideal colleague would have great drafting, presentation and 3D skills, a technical understanding of how houses are put together and the ability to work independently and proactively.
We are a small practice, so the position offers excellent practical experience across all stages of the design and construction process, including experience suitable for RIBA Part 3 and a flexible, supportive environment for Part 3 studies.
The position offers an excellent salary subject to experience and the opportunity to become a big cog in a small wheel.
It is a full-time, office-based position.
Job requirements:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification
- fluency operating MicroStation or AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop
- daily travel to Twyford, Berkshire (Elizabeth Line station one min. from office)
- fluent spoken and written English
- eligibility to work in UK
