The role

We are seeking a talented and creative fashion and textile graphic designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and developing unique textile patterns, fashion prints and graphics across a wide range of fabric-based products. You will collaborate closely with our production and design teams to deliver innovative designs that are both aesthetically appealing and production ready.

Key responsibilities:

• design fashion-forward textile patterns and graphics for a variety of fabric types
• develop trend-setting prints for fashion collections, incorporating current design trends, colour palettes and market demands
• collaborate with product development, production and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of designs from concept to final product
• lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and themes
• utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software to create detailed designs that meet both creative and technical specifications
• stay updated on the latest fashion trends, textile innovations and consumer preferences to keep designs fresh and relevant
• manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines, even under tight timelines and high-pressure situations

Required skills and experience:

• two plus years of experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on fashion and textile design
• proven experience in creating textile patterns and fashion prints for the fashion or textile industry
• proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• strong understanding of fabric types, printing processes and textile design techniques
• ability to translate creative ideas into production-ready designs
• excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
