Architect – maternity cover
at Root and Erect
Erect Architecture is seeking an architect for six months of maternity cover to join its team in London.
The role will be from the start of January to the end of June 2025 (fixed term contract with potential to be extended if workload allows).
We are a RIBA chartered architecture and landscape design practice working on projects for the common good. We are looking for talented people with strong design and people skills and a commitment to sustainability. We are a team of nine based in East London.
Key skills and experience:
- collaborative and thoughtful approach to design
- working experience in RIBA work stages 2 to 5 (stages 4 and 5 essential)
- ability to act as day-to day project lead
- excellent design skills, creativity and attention to detail
- proficiency in Vectorworks
- bonus: proficiency in BIM
- eligible to work in the UK
