Patricia Urquiola Studio is hiring a project manager to join its team in Milan, Italy.

Studio Urquiola is searching for a new collaborator to be part of the product design department.

Project responsibilities:

• time and workload management to meet project task deadlines and commitments
• definition and maintenance of project plans and financial performance
• establish a close collaboration with owners and creative director to prepare, issue and manage compliance plans to align project goals including deliverables, schedules and job assignments
• keep an active communication through issuing meeting minutes, accurate project record keeping and sharing information and correspondence
• creation of meeting agenda including internal revision, presentation, meeting and customer/supplier visits
• planning weekly team meetings to share project status updates and address variances from the plan
• management of the owners/clients relationship and expectations to allow the team to work efficiently and collaboratively
• tracking of scope for contract compliance and potential additional services
• participation in new business and marketing efforts including responses to marketing requests and maintenance of partnerships
• administration of the internal cost control analysis and procedures with project accountant including billing, collections, completion percentage, expense management and year-end activities

Minimum qualification:

• minimum five years of experience in the design/architecture or fashion/creative industry field or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• proficienct in Office and Google Workspace (Monday)
