Part 2 architectural assistant

Ashton Architecture is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its growing team in London.
We are searching for an enthusiastic and creative individual with a strong interest in design and construction to work on projects across a variety of RIBA stages from concept through to site delivery.
Our ideal candidate is a critical thinker who works with precision and rigour, has excellent time management and organisational skills and thrives on nurturing client relations. We pride ourselves on taking the right things seriously but most importantly enjoying what we do.
We are a young practice, founded in 2018 with a broad range of projects. We have recently won a number of exciting new commissions, including central London commercial spaces, overseas hotel expansion and a number of design-led residential projects. 2025 promises to be an exciting year for the practice, with a number of key projects being published.
Attributes:
- motivated individual with evidenced experience at construction detailing
- excellent graphical presentation skills, proficiency in the full Adobe Suite
- clear and confident verbal communication skills
- passion for construction, and knowledge of UK planning and building regulation legislation
- high level of proficiency in AutoCAD
- proficiency in SketchUp essential, experience in Enscape desirable
- UK office experience essential
- Excellent physical and digital model making skills
