Locksley Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Locksley Architects is a small practice and we specialise in refurbishing and extending residential properties in and around London. We are seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant with residential experience to join our studio in Notting Hill, London.
The chosen candidate will work closely with the principle director attending meetings and regular site visits helping to carry a number of projects from conception to completion.
Required skills and experience:
- AutoCAD and SketchUp essential
- minimum one years’ experience post-RIBA Part 2 with residential projects
- lots of initiative and excellent communication skills
- strong visual awareness and eye for detail
- good drawing skills with the ability to work in 3D
- passionate about residential buildings and interiors
- self-starter and motivated
- plenty of ambition, passion, enthusiasm and energy
Package includes a competitive salary based on experience, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and flexible working from home as necessary.
