Riach Architects is seeking a Part 1 and 2 architectural assistant to join its team in Oxford, UK.
Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a Part 1 graduate to join a well-established RIBA chartered architectural practice based in Oxford.
Responsible for providing close support to the project architects, you will work alongside the team and assist in the preparation of tender documentation, building control applications and planning drawings. The interior background is welcome.
The candidate will ideally have previous office experience and proficiency AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. You will be required to work to deadlines and be a confident communicator.
Permanent, full-time.
Riach Architects is looking for an enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant to join our award-winning, RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in Oxford.
Key requirements
- a minimum of one year’s experience of working for an architectural practice.
- a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- excellent time management skills.
- proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- confidence in both written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients.
- knowledge of technical construction, building regulations, and tender package experience.
- interior background is welcome
