Nebihe Cihan Studio is seeking a highly organised and motivated Studio Assistant to join its dynamic Chelsea-based team. Renowned for delivering distinctive, high-end residential and retail interiors worldwide, the studio adopts a global and holistic approach to design, combining bespoke furnishings, curated antiques, and exceptional artworks sourced through an extensive international network.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing and ambitious interior design practice, supporting the creative team across a range of prestigious projects in the UK and internationally. The role reports directly to the Creative Director and requires a proactive individual capable of managing both administrative and design-related responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • provide day-to-day support to the design team across multiple projects
  • maintain and organise the studio’s materials library, including sourcing and requesting samples
  • build and manage relationships with suppliers; research and onboard new suppliers
  • coordinate and schedule monthly supplier presentations
  • manage the studio calendar, meetings, and internal schedules
  • source FF&E items from concept development through to final specification
  • prepare and distribute project schedules and documentation
  • request and process proformas and invoices
  • produce high-quality client presentations using Adobe InDesign
  • coordinate logistics, including booking and tracking deliveries
  • attend site visits and client meetings as required

Qualifications and skills:

  • strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • a collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required
  • proven ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • excellent organisational and time management skills
  • a flexible and proactive approach to supporting the wider team

Requirements:

  • degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
  • excellent written and spoken English
  • proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel
  • legal right to work in the UK and availability for an immediate start

This is a full-time, studio-based position, and applicants must be currently based in London.
