- direct and edit the team’s CAD and 3D sketch modelling work
- liaise with contractors and sub-contractors during construction stages to ensure the design is implemented correctly; propose creative solutions for problems/inaccuracies discovered during construction
- review all drawing packages from different consultants with a high standard of detail accuracy (including shop drawings)
- oversee and guide the junior and mid-weight designers in the team
- contribute to the development of the hospitality interiors team within the practice
- work closely with the project team and report to the creative director
Skills and experience:
- q degree in interior design or interior architecture

- an extensive hospitality design portfolio, both highly creative and technically strong
- proven ability to develop unique bar, restaurant and leisure concepts
- strong construction, fabrication and ‘on-site’ knowledge specifically in the food and beverage sector
- impeccable AutoCAD skills
- excellent knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp
- great knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment sourcing
- in-depth understanding of the project programme and keeping those required up to date at all times

- fantastic time-management and project-management skills from a design perspective
- full understanding of project processes from concept and design development through to site implementation
- working knowledge of building regulations, British Standards and other relevant statutory legislation (working knowledge of USA regulations dependent on state is beneficial, but not essential)
This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing team, with excellent growth and training opportunities. The role will be based at our studio in London, with opportunities to work from home one day per week (usually on Fridays). The applicant must have the legal right to work in the UK.
