Technical designer

Adjoin currently has an opportunity for a multifaceted architectural/interior technical designer to join its studio in London.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious individual who will work on an exciting mix of high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical experience on projects from schematic development to final fit-out with a deep understanding of architectural interior detailing.
We require someone with a resourceful, optimistic nature, great care and attention, and who is open to all aspects of projects with a hands-on attitude. A proactive individual, highly organised, and detail-oriented with excellent design presentation skills. Possesses strong design sensibility and a good sense of composition.
Requirements:
- minimum of five years of industry experience in high-end design
- experienced in detailed design and documentation of high-end projects
- experience creating drawing packages, including design intent, general arrangement and tender/construction
- proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp (or similar 3D modelling) essential
- proficient in producing rendered images
