There is an opportunity for a senior technical architect to join
TP Bennett in London.
Job description:
TP Bennett are currently recruiting for an experienced senior architectural technician to work on a high-level commercial project in London.
The project is currently moving in to Stage three and we are looking for an outstanding individual who can join an already highly functioning team. Ideally, you will have eight+ years’ experience with similar projects and responsibilities. Design for the role has been finalised and we are looking for technicians to come in and help with:
- demolition packages
- envelope/Façade packages
- liaising with contractors
- below Foundation technical drawings
- core/retaining walls/water flow
- cat A office space fit out
- NBS/UK Regs experience
- large scale background
- must have UK project knowledge
- commercial/retail
- Revit a must have
