HTA Design is looking for a chartered landscape architect to join its team in London.
HTA Design has an exciting opportunity for a chartered or near-chartered landscape architect to join its busy London Studio.
Contract: permanent
Salary: £37,000 to £46,000 per annum
HTA Design LLP is an award winning multi-disciplinary design partnership of specialist teams working collaboratively in architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, communications design, sustainability and planning.
Our landscape team is celebrating 20 years of practice. With over 40 professional staff, we have an exciting portfolio of projects from Crystal Palace Park to The Regent’s Park, Canary Wharf, Cator Park and Greenford Quay. We work both independently as well as an integrated part of HTA on a broad range of large scale, complex projects including park restoration, public realm, town centre regeneration, landscape led master-planning, housing, heritage and sustainable placemaking.
We are interested in hearing from individuals with project delivery, studio, and site experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, drafting and graphic skills. You will be expected to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary design teams.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:
- a master’s degree in landscape architecture or other equivalent level
- chartered member or near chartered status of the landscape institute
- a minimum of 4 to 6 years’ post MA qualification experience
- excellent project management skills
- good presentation and public speaking skills
- proven track record of delivering projects successfully through planning and/or on-site
- strong attention to design quality and technical detail
- strong IT skills, with experience using all MS Office applications and highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Sketchup and Lumion is desirable
