Sales operations and revenue manager

Studio Ore is seeking a sales operations and revenue manager to join its team in London.

Studio Ore designs and manufactures exceptional solid brass taps, showers and architectural hardware. Designed in Britain and hand-finished in our own production facility in Italy. Our products are specified by architects, interior designers and discerning homeowners around the world.

As we continue to grow internationally, we’re looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical Sales Operations & Revenue Manager to help drive performance across the business.

This is a critical role at the centre of our commercial operation.

You will own our CRM, sales reporting and commercial performance processes. Through data, systems, reporting and regular engagement with the sales team, you’ll ensure opportunities are managed effectively, targets are achieved and revenue growth is consistently measured and improved.

Based from our office in London and working closely with leadership, sales, marketing and customer care, you’ll help create a culture of accountability, visibility and continuous improvement.

The role

As sales operations and revenue manager, you will be responsible for the following

CRM and sales operations:

  • own and manage the company’s CRM platform
  • maintain accurate customer, project, opportunity and pipeline data
  • improve CRM adoption, data quality and reporting consistency across the business
  • develop and optimise sales processes, workflows and automation
  • ensure all sales activity is accurately captured and reported

Sales performance and revenue growth:

  • track sales performance against targets across teams, regions and product categories
  • monitor enquiry conversion rates, quotation success rates and revenue performance
  • analyse customer behaviour, repeat business and customer lifetime value
  • identify opportunities to increase conversion, retention and revenue
  • support forecasting, budgeting and revenue planning
  • track key commercial KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement

Sales team accountability:

  • lead weekly sales performance meetings and calls with the sales team
  • review pipeline activity, opportunities, conversion rates and forecast accuracy
  • hold team members accountable for CRM hygiene, follow-up activity and agreed actions
  • identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities within the sales pipeline
  • challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance
  • ensure actions from sales meetings are tracked and completed

Commercial insights and reporting:

  • build dashboards and reporting for leadership and sales teams
  • produce weekly and monthly commercial performance reports
  • identify our highest-value customers, architects, designers and trade partners
  • analyse trends across products, markets, customer segments and regions
  • work closely with marketing to evaluate lead quality and campaign performance
  • present insights and recommendations directly to senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

  • three plus years’ experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations or a similar analytical role
  • proven experience managing CRM systems ideally in HubSpot
  • strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes
  • advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • experience creating dashboards, reporting and performance analysis
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions
  • strong organisational and project management skills
  • confident communicator who can challenge and influence stakeholders
  • comfortable leading performance review meetings and holding teams accountable

Bonus points:

  • experience within luxury products, interiors, architecture, design or construction
  • experience working with specification-led or project-based sales environments
  • knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio
  • experience with forecasting and revenue planning
  • experience building automated reporting and CRM workflows
  • understanding of customer lifetime value, cohort analysis and retention metrics
