Trevor Horne Architects (THA) is hiring an experienced architectural technician to join its team in London.
Trevor Horne Architects (THA) is seeking an architectural technician or Part 2/3 assistant with a strong track record in contract administration and construction detailing to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities:
- lead and support the production of detailed technical drawings and construction packages
- administer construction contracts, including site inspections and issuing instructions
- collaborate closely with project architects and external consultants through all RIBA stages
- attend site meetings and coordinate contractor queries and construction progress
Requirements:
- minimum five years’ of experience in a UK architecture practice
- strong understanding of traditional and contemporary construction methods
- proficient in ArchiCAD
- knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
- experience with JCT contract administration
