- building strong relationships with studio partners and supporting their commercial visibility within the space
- supporting studio partners with POD updates, sample management, literature restocks, and display upkeep
- taking part in commercial conversations with visitors and feeding back opportunities and leads to the internal team
- assisting with the preparation of events and CPD sessions, including room setup and welcoming guests
- monitoring the studio’s daily operations and ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and readiness
- assisting the studio coordinator in stock control, supplies ordering, and general team support
- participating in Studio housekeeping duties and hospitality, including refreshments, meeting space setup, and sample room organisation
- supporting data entry and CRM tasks to ensure accurate tracking of partner and member engagement
Client liaison is key to this role, managing and maintaining relationships with our ,embers and partners to ensure their needs and expectations are met, while efficiently resolving any issues that may arise.
Though you may not have all of the above experience, a strong work ethic is essential. The rest we can learn as we grow. The question we ask you to consider is: do you want to make a positive difference? If the answer is yes, please get in touch.
