Omer Arbel Office is looking for a project leader to join its busy team in Vancouver, Canada.
Omer Arbel Office www.omerarbel.com is the creative hub of a constellation of companies – Bocci www.bocci.ca among them – structured to realise ideas of varying scale and across a wide spectrum of contexts and environments. Based in Vancouver with a Berlin satellite, we cultivate a fluid position between the fields of building design, sculpture, invention and industrial design. Focal themes of our work include investigation of the intrinsic mechanical, physical, and chemical qualities of materials and exploration of light as a medium.
OAO’s built output has been limited over the past decade, however, the practice has recently secured 10 high profile building opportunities of different scales, all on excellent sites, with good budgets and ambitious clients. We are in the process of assembling a team to transform our conceptual studio into one that actually constructs, and are therefore searching for Intermediate staff with passion and a good eye, who have experience in: project leadership/assembling working drawings sets/Revit/construction site administration. Candidates from anywhere in the world will be considered, but those with project delivery experience specifically in the Vancouver region are especially encouraged to apply.
