Adjoin is hiring an architectural designer to join its team in London or remotely.
We are seeking a talented and versatile architectural designer to join our studio. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical experience on projects from schematic development to final fit-out with a deep understanding of architectural interior detailing. We require someone with a resourceful, optimistic nature and who is open to all aspects of projects with a hands-on attitude. A proactive individual, highly organised, and detail-oriented with excellent design presentation skills and who possesses strong design sensibility with an innate sense of composition.
Responsibilities:
- collaborate on a variety of high-end projects
- develop compelling design concepts and presentations
- create detailed design documentation and schedules, ensuring exceptional quality
- produce comprehensive drawing packages, including design intent, general arrangements and construction
Requirements:
- minimum of four years’ industry experience in high-end design, backed by a strong portfolio
- expertise in detailed design and documentation for high-end commercial & residential projects
- skilled in producing high-quality rendered images
- technical proficiency in Vectorworks is a must, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup (or similar 3D modelling software)
