ROKAI is hiring freelance interior architects or designers to join its team in London.

ROKAI is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We’re a Hackney Wick based interior architecture and design studio working across fitness, wellness, spa and hospitality.

Our work spans feasibility to completion with our own projects or as a consultancy with other design firms.

This role is hard to categorise. It sits across conceptual design, 3d modelling, project support and research. What matters more than your job title is how you think, how you work, and whether you’re genuinely interested in the kind of spaces we design.

What we’re looking for:

• confident SketchUp user – ability to quickly model and test ideas is essential. Before we employ you we will have a SketchUp test
• Vectorworks experience is a plus
• interest in architecture, interiors, hospitality, culture, storytelling, or emerging tools and AI
• commercial interiors experience is an advantage
• architects and interior designers welcome

You will need to be able to work from our studio in Hackney Wick. This is a part time to full time offer minimum three days a week for a minimum of two months. We have longer contracts depending on experience and skill set. We have weekly lunch. We offer flexible working from home but you’ll need to have worked a minimum of four weeks in the studio before becoming eligible. Pay is dependant on experience and skill set.
