Mesh Lighting is looking for a logistics and order coordinator to join its team in London, UK.
We’re hiring: Logistics and order coordinator
Hybrid (SE1 office and remote) | full-time | £38,000 and private healthcare
We’re Mesh Lighting – a small, design-driven team working with top architects and lighting brands across the globe. We’re on the lookout for someone sharp, organised and proactive to run our logistics and keep our order process running like clockwork.
You’ll be the link between our clients, suppliers and couriers – making sure things move smoothly from order to delivery, and nothing slips through the cracks.
What you’ll be doing:
- process client orders quickly and accurately
- place orders with international suppliers and follow up on confirmations
- keep clients updated on lead times and shipping details
- arrange DHL collections and send tracking numbers (we’ll show you how)
- book in invoices from suppliers and from DHL
- keep our internal records clean and clear
- look after our SE1-based sample stock – logging in/out movements and keeping inventory up to date
Who you are:
- a confident communicator who’s comfortable chasing answers and giving updates
- logical and structured – you like things to make sense and spot what’s missing
- organised to the core – you probably write lists for fun
- detail-driven – mistakes bug you and you double-check before you send
- fully fluent in Windows and Office 365 (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
- experience with order or invoicing systems – Xero is a bonus
- you’ve worked in international logistics or order handling and understand how to get things from A to B
