Role overview
We are looking for an experienced senior architect with a minimum of five years’ experience working with luxury brands in interior design or fashion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for colours, aesthetics and detail, coupled with proven interior design expertise. Based in London, you will lead a small team of architects and travel globally to oversee projects at our showrooms, factories, and high-profile client properties. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, creative flair, and leadership skills to deliver world-class architectural solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- lead the design and delivery of high-end architectural projects for showrooms, factories, and client properties, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury aesthetic
- manage and mentor a small team of architects, fostering collaboration and professional development
- collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and stakeholders to create cohesive, visually stunning spaces
- oversee all project phases, from concept design to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- travel worldwide to visit showrooms, factories, and client sites, ensuring design consistency and excellence across all locations
- develop detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using tools like AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Requirements:
- minimum five years’ experience as an architect, with a strong portfolio in luxury interior design or fashion brand projects
- proven expertise in interior design, with a sharp eye for colours, textures, and aesthetics
Relevant qualifications:
- proficiency in AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; or similar
- experience leading small teams, with excellent communication and project management skills
- willingness to travel globally to showrooms, factories, and client properties as needed
- strong understanding of luxury brand standards and client expectations
- ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable skills:
- experience with high-end residential and commercial interior projects for luxury clients
- fluency in additional languages to facilitate international collaboration an advantage but not necessary
