LEOS Development is hiring an architect to join its teams in Cairo, Dubai or Guangzhou.
Role summary
As our Middle East portfolio grows with a series of exciting urban projects, we are seeking a creative and accountable architect to join our team. You will work closely with the design director, project architects and project managers across all project stages – from concept through construction – including design development, drawings and models, documentation, team collaboration and construction-phase coordination.

Key responsibilities:
- collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design proposals
- prepare and update drawings and models per project requirements; coordinate for buildability and delivery
- ensure technical feasibility and compliance with local/international codes and project brief
- contribute across all stages of residential and mixed-use projects, from concept to construction documentation
- produce clear design presentations and construction-level drawings
- tackle design and technical challenges with innovative thinking
- compile design documents and detailed construction assemblies
- coordinate with consultants, internal departments, authorities and external teams
- manage time and workload in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- communicate proactively within the team to drive progress
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree or above in architecture
- five plus years’ of relevant architectural design experience
- three plus years’ of parametric design experience
- proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Revit is a plus
- solid understanding of building materials, standards/codes and construction processes
- strong time management, task coordination and communication skills
- good command of English and Chinese; experience in international teams is preferred
- built project experience and/or background in international studios/cross-border collaboration is an advantage
