The role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join our team. This role is central to the day-to-day operations of the practice, supporting both the creative and administrative functions of the studio.
Key responsibilities
- oversee HR processes including onboarding, payroll, and annual leave management
- manage the practice’s financial duties
- schedule and coordinate key meetings, ensuring all supporting documentation is prepared
- ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and fire safety legislation
- manage office suppliers, contracts, and services, including orders for site materials and subcontractors
- support the company’s online presence through the management of social media accounts
What we’re looking for:
- a proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative
- excellent communication and organisational skills
- strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
- ability to read CAD drawings
- discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive staff and client information
