XO Atelier is located in the center of Dubai – the perfect place for creative minds. In our modern, design studio we create outstanding designs for hospitality and commercial. Here, you’ll become part of a unique team of around four colleagues from over three nations.
We work as a multicultural team, sharing our creative ideas in English and connecting on a global scale. Together, we realise exciting projects in the GCC region and Europe.
We are looking for a talented architect with six years’ of experience and a strong background in planning, coordination, and execution of complex hospitality projects — including hotels, F&B, and branded residences. You thrive in multidisciplinary environments, collaborating closely with consultants across architecture, MEP, structure, and fire safety.
Your solid experience, paired with proficiency in ArchiCAD enables you to deliver projects of exceptional quality. A strong design sensibility and a genuine passion for architecture and interior spaces complete your profile.
What to expect:
- shape ideas into built reality — from the first sketch to detailed construction drawings
- drive the creative process and lead the translation of concepts into precise architectural documentation
- collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to turn visionary designs into tangible outcomes
- explore sites, study context, and uncover the potential that informs meaningful architecture
- contribute to client presentations and design discussions with clarity, confidence, and creativity
- ensure every drawing, detail, and specification meets the highest standards of design and quality
- take part in managing timelines and budgets to keep projects on track — from concept to completion
Your profile:
- master’s degree in architecture
- six plus years’ of relevant professional experience
- solid track record in the planning, coordination, and management of
- hospitality developments with exposure to international operators
- exceptional ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, MEP, structural, and fire safety consultants
- knowledge of ArchiCAD and Rhino 3D is valued
- a strong sense of design and a genuine passion for interior design are highly regarded
- excellent communication skills, fluent in English
